CENIC originates an advertisement for a classful prefix (198.32.248.0/24) into the CalREN-DC (and ISP overlay) network. This network is not
associated with any site and is advertised to provide a stable network that associates can use to
inject a conditional default route into their networks.
In addition to the standard "core" communities (2152:2152), this network is tagged with
community 2152:65530.
